Mr. Sirimal Senarathne is a highly accomplished Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA), with over 25 years of exceptional professional experience spanning Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Business Advisory, Commercial Banking, Project Finance, Strategic and Corporate Planning, International Business, and Healthcare.

His illustrious career is characterized by a steadfast commitment to excellence, innovation, and leadership. Mr. Senarathne possesses expertise in an extensive array of disciplines, including Business and Finance Advisory, Corporate Communication and Diplomacy, Business Analysis, Capital Markets, Transaction Advisory, Portfolio Management, Strategic Management, Government Projects, Investor Relations, Healthcare Finance, Project Management, Accounting, and Auditing.

Over the years, Mr. Senarathne has held a variety of prestigious leadership roles across Sri Lanka and international markets. He headed the Finance, IT, and Engineering teams during his tenure at Durdans Healthcare Group (Ceylon Hospitals PLC), served as CFO at Millennium Capital Management (Pvt) Ltd in the Maldives, Manager of Assurance and Advisory at Ernst & Young, and Relationship Manager at National Development Bank, specializing in Project Finance. He has also worked as a Consultant for Corporate Finance and Planning at SIGMA Group of Companies in Saudi Arabia and John Keells Stock Brokers (Pvt) Ltd, while providing board-level leadership and strategic advisory to leading groups of companies in Sri Lanka and overseas.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr. Senarathne has significantly contributed to academia and governance. He served as a Council Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine. He currently serves as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee, Annual Report Committee, and Annual Conference Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Furthermore, he is a board member of The Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC and holds the positions of Chairman of both the Board Audit Committee and the ESG Committee.

Currently, as Chairman/MD of SIOERA Capital Partners (Pvt) Ltd, Mr. Senarathne leads the firm in providing boutique investment banking and corporate advisory services to leading companies locally and internationally. Recognized as a collaborative team player with innovative vision, he upholds strong values in ethics, compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is a firm advocate of ESG principles and agile execution.
